It is very common for people to be diagnosed with asthma, but also people may have a very mild case of asthma and not even know about it, it could be that mild. However for those who suffer from more of a severe type of asthma it can be very daunting. Different things can trigger asthma, and to be able to keep it under control you need to find the route of the cause if it only happens in certain circumstances. For example it may be allergy related therefore you may feel short of breath when you are around animals or even if you have touched an animal this could aggravate your asthma.
Another common cause is an allergy to dust, you may find yourself struggling to take deep breaths when you are cleaning at home therefore if you could limit time spent around animals or get your partner or a cleaner to the work around the house you may be surprised at the difference it could make to such a condition. Having asthma may not limit your daily activity however it could affect you every so often and you may need an inhaler to relieve the symptoms, of which will be prescribed to you by your doctor depending on the severity. Asthma can also be complicated if you suffer from any other illnesses that affects your breathing, even contracting a day to day cold from someone can leave someone feeling tight chested as you feel very congested. However if you were to suffer from something which is much more serious and very rare such a emphysema then action needs to be taken straight away in order to prevent the illness from getting any worse. It could cause further complications for someone who does suffer from asthma or even bronchitis as they are lung infecting illnesses. If you were to suffer from emphysema then you need to try and work smarter so that you are not doings things you do not have to do or do it in one go rather than going over the same thing four or five times.
People often forget what or why they have gone into a certain shop for example and then later on they remember so they have to go back again well if you are not feeling your best you should try and plan your day and make as little trips as possible but you need to breathe in uniform. You should also try and breathe from your diaphragm, but should also try and maintain a good balance of height to weight ratio as you if you were to suffer from emphysema then you tend to hold more fluid therefore put on a bit of weight which may not do yourself any good. Most Critical Illness Cover contracts pay out if diagnosed with one of a number of illnesses stated in their contract and emphysema would typically be covered by most insurers in the market however it is dependent on the severity of the case.
